What do you like about being a financial services professional?
As a financial services professional with Winthrop Partners I look forward to assisting current and new clients. I am an active listener and facilitator focusing on client’s hopes and concerns and providing a logical action plan to monitor and achieve these goals.
What are your goals for your clients?
My goal is to improve my client’s financial health by assessing a client’s risk tolerance and implementing action plans to protect assets, setting the expectation for retirement, and suggesting possible wealth transfer strategies. By reviewing the state of their present financial position and risk profile we can implement an action plan to achieve their financial goals.
What experience and credentials do you have?
I started my career in banking at a local bank, in Bucks and Montgomery County. Over the next 30 years I held various positions in Branch Banking, Residential Lending, and Commercial Lending. Later, I started in the financial services industry with a major wire house and became a financial advisor. I graduated from Temple University with a BBA in Accounting. I have a series 65 license. I leverage my banking experiences and financial services knowledge and also personal life experiences in helping clients as they proceed through their life stages and events.
What community organizations do you support or belong to?
I am on the Board of the Plumstead Historical Society, Southeastern American Red Cross, Doylestown, PA Advisory, and the High Roads Multisport Club, Doylestown, PA.
Can you give us a glimpse of your personal life?
Originally from Northeast Philadelphia, I came to Bucks County at a young age and I’ve lived here ever since, currently residing in Plumstead Township. I have two grown children William III and Christopher, and a granddaughter Avery. I’m an avid runner and biker and can be seen training at Lake Galena and participating in various local area events throughout the year.
